As of February 21, 2019, more than 91 percent of Colorado is experiencing some degree of abnormally dry or drought conditions. This is an increase from three months ago, when 83 percent of the state was abnormally dry, and the same as one year ago, when approximately 91 percent of the state experienced dry conditions or drought.
Statewide snowpack levels are currently 115% of normal.
